PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The free delivery to school option is only available on images from our most recent visit (until the free delivery expiry date), if you wish to add/combine images from our previous visits you will need to select direct delivery which is subject to a P&P fee.
   
• Free delivery to school option is open for approximately 2-3 weeks (sometimes less if the visit date is close to the end of term). This is to allow all families the opportunity to take advantage of the delivery window, however a direct delivery option is available at all times and is subject to a P&P fee.
   
• Digital downloads are not available for class/group photos. They do not include prints. If you would like printed versions please see our ‘Packages’ options or ‘Individual Products’ which can be found at the top of the first page once logged in.
   
• Please double check your basket before you pay as we cannot cancel orders once they have been printed or downloaded.
